How it works
From photo to video
These are image-to-video prompts: the photo sets who and where, and the prompt sets what moves. Describe one subject action, one camera move (push-in, dolly, orbit, handheld, drone) and the sound you want. Open a prompt, tap “Animate your photo”, attach your picture or one made from a photo prompt, and CarePhoto renders a clip of up to 30 seconds with native audio.
FAQ
AI video prompt questions
What is an AI video prompt?
An AI video prompt describes motion: what the subject does, how the camera moves and what you should hear. The prompts here are image-to-video prompts, so a photo sets who and where, and the prompt only has to say what moves. That is why each one shows the photo it started from next to the clip it made.
How do I turn my own photo into a video?
Open any video prompt and tap "Animate your photo with this prompt". The chat opens with the prompt filled in; attach the photo you want to animate and send. You can also start from one of our photo prompts: generate the photo first, then animate it with a matching video prompt.
Can I put myself in the video?
Yes. Create a persona from photos of yourself, generate a photo of you with any photo prompt, then animate that photo with a video prompt. The clip starts on your photo, so it keeps your face, outfit and setting.
How long can the videos be, and do they have sound?
Clips run from 2 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p. The examples here are 5 seconds at 720p. Wan 3 renders sound natively, so a prompt can ask for rain, room tone, wind or ambience and the clip comes back with it.
Are these video prompts free?
Browsing and copying every prompt is free, with no signup needed. Rendering a video uses CarePhoto credits, charged per second of video; the chat shows the price before anything renders.
What makes a good image-to-video prompt?
Pick one subject action and one camera move, and say both plainly: "she lifts the cup and glances back at the camera, gentle handheld camera". Add the sound you want. Do not re-describe the whole photo; the image already carries the scene, and fighting it makes the clip drift away from the first frame.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Videos you make with CarePhoto are yours to use for social posts, ads, product pages and client work, with no attribution required. If the video shows someone else, get their permission first.
